- Senior Finance Consulting Manager

Syvantis Technologies, Inc. is seeking a full-time Senior Finance Solutions Consulting Manager to join its growing team. This person will perform a dual role at Syvantis, working in both our consulting division and as a member of our client acquisition team. In your consulting capacity, you will help your clients continually improve their systems to support their business goals through high-level solution design and consulting. In your consultative sales capacity, you will be responsible for highly detailed and tailored demos for prospective clients and assisting with the creation of proposals.
As a Senior Manager, you will maintain a deep understanding of the people, culture, company mission and core values, and technologies employed at Syvantis. You will work to ensure that company goals are being carried out throughout the consulting division of the organization at the direction of the Leadership Team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of design, delivery, and support for finance-related solutions as a manager and functional consultant with Dynamics 365 finance-related products
- Provide high-level, custom consultative demos to prospects and clients, offering expert solutions to solve their business problems
- Guide C-level executives to solutions that will improve their organization's growth and productivity
- Provide recommendations to prospects and existing clients about new and relevant products that are likely to enhance their processes
- Develop a keen understanding of the products and services that Syvantis offers and provide honest, insightful system consulting to clients
- Manage project teams to consistently deliver results and provide mentorship when opportunities for improvement arise
- Analyze projects after closure and identify areas of success as well as areas for improvement in an open, thoughtful manner and relay these insights to project teams and management
- Review client engagement and satisfaction data and work to improve relationships whenever possible
- Ensure that projects remain on time and budget by carefully managing project teams
- Maintain a high level of hands-on Finance and ERP skills

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher; Master's degree a plus
- CPA or equivalent certification required
- Prior experience in a high-level management role
- 15+ Years' experience in Public Accounting, consulting, or finance management
- Strong ERP system technical skills required; prior experience with Dynamics 365 Finance or Business Central is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively, strategically, and with good judgment
- Strong problem-solving skills
